Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
No. Our team checks availability and contacts you. Your booking is confirmed after you agree the details with a team member.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell our team your new return time by calling +373 60 830 003. We will arrange your pickup and confirm any price change if your parking duration changes.
How do I meet the driver on return?
Call VIPark AERO when you return. Our team will agree a meeting point and arrange your transfer back to your car.
How do I change or cancel my request?
Call +373 60 830 003 with your name and booking dates. Our team will update or cancel the request and clarify the price if needed.
How much is a week of parking?
7 days cost 1 010 MDL at the current rate: 290 MDL for the first day and 120 MDL for each additional day. Return transfer is included. Our team confirms the final amount.
Is the airport transfer included?
Yes, the transfer to the terminal and the return trip after landing are included in the parking rate. The drive takes about 5–7 minutes, excluding parking and waiting time.
Can I arrive at night?
Yes, parking and transfers operate around the clock. Enter your arrival time in the request and wait for confirmation. All times on the website are Chișinău local time.
Where is VIPark AERO?
The car park is in Sîngera near Chișinău Airport. Address: 27 Chisinau–Tighina Road, Sîngera, MD-2091, Moldova. Come to the car park first; our transfer then takes you to the terminal.
What do I need to drive on Moldovan roads?
If your car has foreign plates, you need two things. An electronic vignette (e-Vinieta): it is sold on the official website evinieta.gov.md and at terminals at the border, for the period you choose. And a Green Card: check that the MD code on it is not crossed out; otherwise you can buy insurance at the border. Cars with Moldovan plates do not need a vignette: their owners pay the annual road tax and hold standard RCA insurance.
Can I bring suitcases?
The transfer vehicle has a luggage compartment. Mention large amounts of luggage or unusual items in your request so our team can agree transport arrangements beforehand.
